We loved how convenient this hotel is - located near shops, restaurants, and even a mall across the street. The hotel facilities are clean and comfortable, including super comfortable beds and a nice Kurig machine in the room. The breakfast, although not complimentary, is cooked to order and reasonably priced with great service. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating - we felt safe and welcomed during our stay!
No negatives from this place.

Great outdoor patios for relaxing and the location was convenient right off the highway and close to a mall. The complimentary mini frig and micro on the room were convenient for Thanksgiving leftovers.
The breakfast setup was chaotic and confusing with some guests having it included and others not, it was hard to find silverware and a clean table. The pillows flattened out making it uncomfortable to sleep, and even though I did not use any amenities the checkout was unnecessarily frustrating.

Amazing location with lots of restaurants, shopping, and easy access to the highways. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and had a comfortable bed. Also offered free breakfast and a fitness center which was a nice touch.
The breakfast variety could be improved, but it was still enjoyable. Some of the furnishings were outdated, but it didn't affect the quality of the stay.

This hotel is located right next door to an amazing restaurant, perfect for a fancy night out. Plus, the room service was prompt and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. We were blown away by the stunning view from our room, making for a memorable stay.
The pool was closed during our stay.

Great Weekend Getaway The hotel was conveniently located near major highways with lots of parking space. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a modern bathroom featuring a powerful shower. The hotel provided free breakfast, which had a decent variety of food and drinks. In addition, the hotel was surrounded by many restaurants and shops, making it easy to get whatever is needed without traveling far.
Room Price and Staff The cost of the room was too high when compared to its counterparts in the area. It was not budget-friendly and offered no special perks, as one could get everything for a lower price at a nearby hotel. Although most of the staff was friendly, a few seemed uninterested in customer service and left guests feeling unimportant.

This hotel is equal to 3 stars. The king room suited us: it had multi-channel television, ironing facilities and a work desk. A supermarket and stores were not far from the venue

I had a roof over my head for the night is the only thing positive I will say. We stayed at other places on our vacation which were less money and we're hands-down exceedingly above and beyond this hotel.
I didn't like when the hotel staff asked me if I was a Hilton rewards member and I gave them my information only to find out the next day that it doesn't count because of how I booked the hotel. I didn't like the attitude of the personnel when I asked for an explanation. This still doesn't make any sense to me and I never received an explanation. I also didn't like the quesadillas which had way too many mushrooms and this wasn't indicated on the menu as well as the chicken wings which were below average. I would never order food there again or stay at the hotel again. Hilton, you have a name to live up to and you fell short by a long shot. I'm very disappointed.

Easy access to interstate.
Lots of noise. Carpets stacked up in reception area. Too pricey with this going on.

Love the quiet neighborhood and beautiful trees that surround the hotel.

The bed was comfortable.
There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. It caused our $100 electric toothbrush to short out completely at the start of our vacation. There was some mold in the bathroom and some paint was flaking as well.
